Tünde Buzetzky

Ms Buzetzky graduated as an architect and a foreign trade expert. She started her career as a planning architect, then she worked at the International Department of the Water Management Scientific Research Centre for a decade. She has always considered volunteer work as an important activity. She worked as a volunteer among others in Dzsumbuj (an ill famed slum in Budapest), and in the twist Oliver homeless shelter. Between 1998 and 2008 working in The World Bank she was responsible first of all for the coordination of regional Roma programs, and was one of the initiators of the Decade of the Roma Integration international program. For the time being she is the facilitator of the Roma Decade Secretariat Foundation in Budapest. She works as a volunteer in DélUtán Foundation (a mental service for middle aged and elderly people) and also serves on the foundation’s board.
