- István Boros
- Chairperson of the Board, economist. He worked at the Hungarian trade representation in Paris as a trade secretary, and then he became the deputy general manager of the country’s leading marketing communication company (Hungexpo). He was involved in the establishment and supervision of several Hungarian-foreign joint ventures /Publicis Hungary, Szonda-Ipsos, Shandwick PR/. He is the founding vice-president of the Hungarian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He took part in starting and managing the operation of the Cegos Group, now he is the managing partner of Cegos Academy.

- Civil engineer, Communication Analyst and NGO coordinator for The World Bank.
- Anna Csongor
- Teacher, director of the Foundation. After graduating from university, she spent ten years as a social worker taking care of Roma families in a suburban district of Budapest and then she worked as a sociologist researching the educational situation of Roma children for another ten years. She has been working for the Foundation since 1993.
- György Dudás
- He has completed his studies in Economics at the Budapest University of Economics, and was employed as Head of Department at Budapest Bank after graduation. From here, he joined the Central Clearing House and Depository (Budapest) Zrt. in1995, first as Deputy Director for Securities Accounting. Taking different positions in the hierarchy, he has been member of the Board of Directors of KELER and CEO of the company since 2003. He participated in the work of numerous international professional organisations linked to the stock market, and has held several executive positions. Member of the Board of Directors of ANNA (Association of National Numbering Agencies) (2006-), and Deputy Chairman of the ECSDA (European Central Securities Depositories Association) (2004-).
- Júlia Szalai
- Family sociology, childbearing, mobility options of women Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Sociology Research Institute. Academic head contributor, reader. Specialities: social history, socialpolitics, history of socialpolitics. Research fields: 1. Majority-minority relations and the "Roma-question". 2. "Old and new" poverty in East-Central-Europe. 3. The conversion of the system of socialpolitical institute.
- Péter Szuhay
- Ethnographist, museologist and sociologist. Since 1980 he is working at Museum of Ethnography as Head Curator of Roma Collection. Research fields: history of peasants' farming, today's rural society feasts, history of Hungarian Roma's culture and processes of ethnic. More books and films about Roma link to his name.
